Do I need to be home?

Typically, you don't need to be home when we clean, but if you need to stay, there is no problem. Most customers give us a code to enter or a key, which can be given by personal mail or when the estimate of your house is made. We take the security of our clients' keys very seriously, which is why we will make sure to keep your key secure. There shouldn't be any reason for you to worry.

Question 1

What happens if my appointment falls on a holiday?

As we value our employees and their families, we want them to spend time with their family during the holidays. DCS will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Question 2

How should I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

The team will appreciate it if you have your house ready to clean by tidying and collecting your belongings from your floors, counter, etc. so that the team will only be dedicated to cleaning and disinfecting, and it will be more economical and prevent us from putting objects where they don't belong.

Question 3

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, be sure to let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $20 fee. By doing this, we can make the necessary changes in our schedule to meet the needs of all our customers. There will be no charge if you notify us on time.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Here at Delfy’s Cleaning Service, we guarantee an excellent service to all our clients. If you have a problem with our cleaning or service, let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and we will return to your house at a scheduled time to resolve the issue free of charge.

Question 5

What should I do with my pet?

We don't mind if your pets are in the house during your appointment. Our teams are friendly with pets.

Question 6

Will the same team clean my house every time?

Yes, the same team of two will clean your house if you schedule your cleaning service every week or every 2 weeks. If for some reason one of the team members cannot attend, someone else will step in in her place. We always try to send the same team so they will fit the same routine.

Question 7

Should I provide some products or equipment?

No. However, there's no problem if you decide to provide some things, just make sure to let us know before your appointment. Our employees regularly carry everything for your cleaning such as a vacuum cleaner, an extension pole to reach high places, microfiber rags, flat mops, all-purpose soap, multipurpose Envirox, disinfectant, etc.

Question 8

Can I ask team members to take off their shoes when they clean?

No. Keep in mind that our employees are in danger of working without shoes. However, if you wish, you can provide shoe gloves that go over the shoes to avoid staining the floors. The cleaning team will only use them in carpeted areas because if they are used on tile floors, they can slip, and we want to avoid that.

Question 9

Is there a service for washing clothes and dishes?

We currently do not offer a service that includes doing laundry. However, we can put the dishes in the dishwasher as long as you let us know prior to your cleaning appointment. Just make sure to leave the dishes in the sink.
